Vienna, Austria | Relaxed Portrait Session

Between finding a place to call home and then moving into said place and then all the things that came along with it to do, I had neglected my camera for far longer than I had intended. So I posted in a Facebook group that I've gotten quite fond of and have been pretty active in, saying that I was looking to let my camera see the light of day and that I wondered if anyone would allow me to take their picture for 30 minutes. Kam Kibash was the first person to respond. 
Kam was from Kazakhstan and lived there till she met her now husband and moved to Vienna. She is incredibly talented. She can speak three languages fluently (English, Russian and German), and is both a writer and singer. She's collaborated with various artists all over the world and you should definitely check out her music. She's so talented! 
It was so fun to be able to use my camera and fall in love with photography all over again, but it was even more amazing to take the time to connect with someone and to hear about their life. Kam is obviously gorgeous, but she is also, smart (she was SO prepared when we met up for this session, I swear she had everything you could ever need in her purse!), driven and focused on her goals. I couldn't have asked for a better subject to photograph. 
When we were going to part ways I had to give her a hug, because she's just an incredible human that I had the amazing opportunity to meet and connect with. Cannot wait to grab coffee with her later!
