Thrifty Bridal Styled Mini-Shoot in Rockledge, Florida

It's been a cold winter and though I live in Florida it's been chillier than we're accustomed to (maybe 50 degree weather isn't SO cold, but to the average native Floridian, it's a bit too cold for our taste). So when I checked the forecast and saw that the weather was getting a little warmer (a whole 5 degrees warmer) on a Wednesday I put out a call for a model for a mini-shoot for that day. I wanted to work on a creative mini-shoot for the absolute fun of it and to let my hair (creatively speaking) down.
Krystal responded with interest, and once I shared my vision with her, she was sold. We thrifted everything with our color scheme being greens, golds, and pinks. The chair, books, and table were found at a garage sale and Krystal's gown, shoes, and jewelry were found at Goodwill. Everything was thrifted and, combined, we spent under $75.
I had a blast with Krystal and it definitely scratched the creative itch I've had this winter. As an added bonus, the light and the results were phenomenal! Take a peek.

P.S. More images from this shoot will be feature on The Perfect Palette come this April, so keep an eye out for it!
