This styled shoot was such a labor of love between myself and all the vendors who participated. Read More
The vision for this entire shoot must be credited to Melanie of Wed & Honey. I was at first a little hesitant about the theme but she knew exactly what she was doing. Her style boards and ideas were unique and so different and it’s really no surprise that it got featured on Inspired By This!
I am smitten by this stylized shoot and I love the color and life in it! It makes me happy just looking at it and hopefully when you see the images you will also feel just a little brighter!
Jenn and I have known each other for ages. We went to the same church, worked at the same place, and had some fun slumber parties back in our day. So I was pretty much like a kid in a candy store when she told me that she and her fiancé, Zack, were both going to make a stop off in Vienna during their European excursion. Could. Not. Stop shaking like an excited Chihuahua. Read More
I know it's been forever since I've blogged and shared some of the amazing people and moments I've had the pleasure of photographing, and for that, please accept my sincerest apologies. Life has sabotaged all my valiant efforts of staying on top of my work and consequently, I am more than a little behind in sharing all the life and color I've captured. First off, I just want to go on record saying that the sweet personality behind one of the top most highly rated blogs in Vienna, known as American in Vienna has the most beautiful name, Michelle. ;) I got the chance to meet Michelle when I first relocated to Vienna and she has been an endless resource of information, knowledge, and insights on all things Vienna. She is one of the calmest, most gentlest, souls you will ever meet. She also has the patience of a saint, which I must confess, came in handy during her session when I wanted to keep exploring just a little further for the perfect spot for her pictures. Her session began at 5:00 in the morning, and no, there was no typos just now. Five A.M. Bless Michelle's heart. Read More
Mia and I met through the Women of Vienna group nearly a year ago, when she was interested in getting into film photography. We met up for coffee and talked about photography and during that coffee chat I got to know a little more about her. She is a Georgian born soul who married her best friend Jesse and relocated to Vienna. She and I both share a mutual love of food (#foodislife) and she is witty as all get out. She is easy-going and loves to laugh (basically my favourite kind of person) annnnnddd she is the boss lady of miaseilern (of which her food section is my favourite, she's got Austrian recipes on there!).
