Belvedere Palace, Vienna | Family Portrait Session

Aly reached out to me to book a photo session in 2017 and years later she emailed me again to get updated family photos while her parents, her sister, and her kids were visiting Vienna. Repeat clients are such a blessing; repeat clients with big, fun, and beautiful families are just the icing on the cake!
We set up a time for their session on an early morning so that there were few tourists in the areas we wanted to have their session (namely, Karlskirche and the Belvedere). The weather cooperated rather delightfully and the light was divine. We were able to get the shots we wanted and wrapped it all up before a rain shower decided to make its appearance.
There are so many things I like about their session. First, can we all just take a moment to appreciate the blue matching plaid fabric the kids were wearing?!?! I could barely handle the adorableness. Secondly, my favorite part of their session was when I asked all the kids to cross their arms like they were cool gangsters (I most definitely included the photo below). It was just epic. Third, grandparents; sessions that include grandparents are just so precious to me. Family photos that display lineage and history are so valuable.
Anyway, enough gushing from me. Below are the colorful, fun, beautiful photos from their session. As always, enjoy!
