Family Session on Melbourne Beach

I met Matt and Amanda when a cute boy I was dating at the time (who became my husband later) invited me to their wedding. Ever since the day these two said 'I do' they've been apart of my life (they were both present when Todd and I said our do's too!). They wanted to do something special for Matt's mom on mother's day and they were thinking the would have a mini-session including Matt's family and his sister, Amanda's family, and gift their mom with the photos. Heck yeah! Families are my thing.
They piled the whole family on the beach and I did what I do best, got behind the camera and captured the action.
I am in love with these images. I love the movement you can see in so many of these shots and because kids have so much energy there is this constant rhythm of movement in each photo that is just divine. Throw in a little beach wind and you have yourself some magic.
